Is it legal to keep two PAN Cards with different Data

Hi Sir, I have 2 PAN Cards. First PAN CARD, I got 10 years ago WITH MY ORIGINAL DOB( AS PER 10TH Certificate) and Aadhar also contains the same DOB. and had few CREDIT CARDS AND PERSONAL LOANS (i settled all of them and got the Closure Letters from them) & Coming to 2nd PAN Card, executive asked me to give my PAN Card, he would apply for new PAN CARD, AS my First PAN CARD DID NOT HAVE GOOD TRACK. I gave my FIRST PAN Card to him, got new PAN CARD with different dob and some changes in the name. He asked me to use that PAN CARD. I started using 2nd PAN CARD, Even, i gave this to my company 7 years ago. still now, i have been paying income tax on this 2nd PAN CARD. I. NOW, I would like to retain single PAN CARD and want to surrender another one legally. Here, issue arises, if i want to surrender 1st PAN CARD, I HAD two Life Insurance Policies and paid 2 years premium and 8 Premius are left. Dear Client,
Having two PAN cards is not proper in law. You close it as soon as possible. Chose to close as early as possible in a beneficial way that is to say surrender one of the PAN cards and retain another one which cannot be surrendered.
