Is identity card( private cmpny)valid identification by notary(Mumbai)

I have received an affidavit reply of a company (through employee/person claiming to be employed with company) in a writ petition in Bombay High court......The affidavit reply is notarised but the notary has written a short remark for identifying this deponent of affidavit that seen the company based employee identity............I am advised to file a complaint against notary for falsely authenticating this employee/company affidavit because only certain identification papers/cards(generally govt issued iD like pan,aadhar) are considered valid.....is this right?doescanyone have a list of OS cards/documents that a notary can or cannot accept?Thanks
