Is am I legal lawyer? Or is my licence valid?

05-Apr-2023 (In Civil Law)
I have done llb from a legal university(lets suppose university name is "A"), its a government university approved by ugc. Its was three year course. But, I did graduation(ba) from a fake university, means I bought degree from somewhere, university(" A") does not enquire anything about my ba degree, AND accept my fees, took admission, done assignment, regular attend classes and completed llb from university( "A"). I have a valid licence from bar council of chandigarh, and praticeing somewhere in session court. My question is that:- nIs my licence valid for post of "district attorney"? Can I fill form of "session judge", is there any judgement of senior courts relating this type of case.

Hi You can not do this. There is a basic principle that says - any act based on a wrong are wrong. Since your basic degree is fake (as you have said) anything you do after that based on that degree is null and void in the eyes of law. There are catena of SC Judgement regarding this principle
