Investment with share market- profit not yet received

I have invested in registered trading company Rs.500000 on 05.12.2019. Legal documents received for my investment which is 100 rs agreement bond with all details and cheque amount Rs.500000 date on 16.12.2020.He was mentioned that profit amount will be credited to my account 16 th of every month Rs.90000.But til now not yet give me...Is it possible to collect my investment amount with profit amount Total 720000+500000=1202000.Kindly confirm me that maximum how many days will take to collect my full amount.Because I am facing loan EMI,Creditcard outstanding amount school fees,rent and other family obligatory commitments.Please confirm me to reach you directly in your office. send notice to the concerned authorities to release your amount otherwise if they are not responding to your e-mail or registered post or any other communication Main To the next to proceed legally unless you legally they want deposit you must give notice and make a call to them to the customer ka I feel how they are responding if they are seeking a long time are there is a telling any answer which is not related to deposit then immediately go for legal
