Intentionally debarring from Promotion by awarding poor marks in APAR

25-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
1.I am working as a Manager in a PSU Bank.i participated in Promotion process this year.due to some differences with my Accepting Authority he and my Reviewing authority conspired to to award me poor marks in APAR. 2.on realising his mistake,my Accepting Authority wrote to our HR deptt ,Head Office to reopen my APAR before one month of the declaration of the final promotion result but our HR deptt didnt acknowledge his request.I also sent my appeal to the same office before declaration of result to increase my marks but nothing fruitful happened.so i got disqualified on the basis of poor marks awarded im APAR. 3.our bank got merged with another bank wef 01.04.2020 where appeal for promotion is not in practise. 3.I appealed on the promotional result asper our earlier bank promotion policy within stipulated time which is received by departmental promotion committee of our bank which place it to CMD of our bank.its been 5 months they have not declared the result.Kindlysuggest legal help

You need to file a writ of mandamus against the DPC, questioning their inaction since they’ve been sitting over your appeal. This writ needs to be filed in the High court having competent jurisdiction in this Matter.
