Inordinate delay in review petition

I had filed a Review Petition in Uttarakhand HC IN YEAR 2012 and even after 40 adjournment and 5 year, the judge not giving final order and adjourning the matter? what remedy i have so that matter be heard at earliest ? Let me add Respondent is State Govt agency thru CS and i have submitted document thru RTI that proved they had earlier submitted forged document to get judgement in their favour?

in this case you can file an application for early hearing before the Hon'ble Court. usually the delay is not this long in review petition. under what circumstances is the State/ Opposite Party taking adjournments is your lawyer not opposing it. So Many adjournments are usually not granted by the court in any kind of matter.
