You may issue a detailed legal notice to the industrial unit and the concerned authorities. If the noise pollution continues despite repeated complaints, you can approach the jurisdictional Civil Court seeking an injunction to restrain the nuisance and also file a Writ Petition before the High Court for appropriate directions against the authorities for failure to discharge their statutory duties. Preserve all complaint copies, RTI replies, photographs, videos, and noise recordings as evidence. The facts disclosed indicate a continuing private and public nuisance for which legal remedies are available.

A writ petition may be filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking directions to the concerned authorities to take immediate action and stop the operation of industrial machinery in the residential area. The petition can also request the authorities to prevent any unauthorized industrial activities being carried out in the locality. Such directions would help protect the residents from continuous noise pollution and other disturbances, ensuring a peaceful and safe living environment.
