In what cases my computer would be a commercial environment

1. If I use my computer for doing work from home then will my computer be classified as a commercial environment?nn2. I am presently using my computer for developing a program which I will use for doing work and earning money. I am not working presently rather just preparing for work (developmental purpose). Does my computer classify as a commercial environment presently?nn3. I am in training phase presently with a company which started on 20 Feb 2023. Again I am not working presently rather just preparing for work. Does my computer classify as a commercial environment presently?nn4. Note: Before I start working I plan to move the program to another laptop for doing work. Will my laptop be classified as a commercial environment? and my computer be classified as a non-commercial environment (as I have removed the program and not using for doing any work)?nnI am asking this as certain applications are allowed to be installed and used in a commercial environment while others are not.
