In regard to wave off the college fee

I am doing PGDM from Jaipuria school of business Ghaziabad. As we all are aware about the current situation everyone income has been distributed in this amid pandemic but, my college continuously pressurizing to deposit the fee. In this circumstances my father is unable to deposit the respective amount. Because, my family depend on his income which is desperately impeded. Please suggest me about some legal approach through with we can counter our aspects on behalf of our classmates who is already facing financial consequences.
Can you please share the prospectus wherein all the fee structure is defined.. If there is nothing in the prospectus which could help you then you can give a representation to College Authorities.. Please contact us for further discussions..
