In my all documents there is no surname of father. It sometimes cause problems while filling an application online which requires the surname of Father. How should I get my father's surname added in my documents?

You can add your Father's name in your documents by publishing a notification in the National Gazette. You have to publish that my father's full name is Mr. but by some default his surname is not written in my documents from the day of this publication my father's name should be read Mr. and his full name will be considered from this day forth
