in certificate wife's name mentioned as Father's name

While issuing the Death certificate, the MCD wrongly registered wife's name of diseased in the column of Father's name!!! Enable to get it corrected. Roaming one end to other. What to do??

hello client as i can see ur issue is seems to be very much urgent. as MCD have done a mistake and you are paying cost of mistake in this matter i think we need to take help of high court so the the rectification can be done bybtye order of the court itself tht is the best way.
