Illegally acquiring my property by the neighbor

I want to build a house on my property but my neighbor illegally acquired my property and not allowing me to build a house. My neighbor fought with me when I ask to return my property. Please solve this issue.

okay I understand your questions so now your neighbors illegally aquired your property and he made a qurel with you and they illegsly intrigisrsnce of the property right and they not give to build a house the made a disterbance to you right so you aproch the court of law ant filed a injuction suit in court and take a stay order from court then build a house not to disturb any other third party if you need any legal help contact me thank you
