Well, in order to restore the temple, you have to establish that, it is not falling on the middle of Road and as such, it is not causing any kind of nuisance to the public in general passing by such Road and not halting the traffic!

In Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, multiple reports point to illegal temple structures on roads and public lands, causing concern for residents and authorities alike. These structures seems to be built by charitable trusts or locals, often encroaching on Cidco land as per Media Reports. Residents have raised concerns about political influence hindering demolition efforts, while Cidco officials have claimed they are taking legal action but cite delays due to factors like lack of police protection.
