Illegal land acquisition by neighbour

Dear Sir/madam I bought some part of land around 20year back which is divided into two part .one of other people bought just land 13 year after near my field both land belongs to two brothers of village .previously it was of single father which was divided into two brothers .I bought from one brother.and was doing agriculture .second person who bought land from second brother is got some lesser land,beacause prior to his buying some third person illegally confiscate his land .ow after buying that lesser land .second person trying to balance their land from taking my land.saying both has same land no.ow he broken my boundry to balance their land.he is not able to take their land to third person.beacause they r power full person.he bought the land without any measurement .in document it is more but in real it is less.i booked the case against him but process is very slow even he is not going to court to defend.i am in worry he daily trying to change the geography of land.please help.
