ILLEGAL Cattle business in residential area

We are a Hindu family living in akulkheda near chopda, Infront of my house a person is running cattle business in residential area as specified in the sale agreement of his and mine as well, he has a huge no. Buffaloes and cows creating a massive problem for us, also he has not obeyed any laws for his cattle like cementing the floor, whereas he is throwing the animal dung which stinks and also causes diseases like malaria. I want to take some action against him as he use to threaten my old parents who live alone, i fear if he hurts my parents in my absence.

Well, in order to safeguard your Parents, you can seek Police Protection. But as you don't have imminent threat, it might be your perception, so you'll have to pay for seeking such protection as per the laws. To evict him from doing Business in residential area, you have to file a suit in City Civil Court in the form of Private Nuisance.
