1) In case of victim's death: - What is the punishment and penalty for car owner & driver in case of victim's death? - Can the car owner be arrested in this case? - What is the legal process has to undergo in this case?
With regard to criminal cases, prosecution ceases with the death of the person. This is fairly obvious, because no sentence can be passed on a man who is already dead but the trail can be continued further if there is any another accused.
