I wish to seek certain marriage advice. Please guide me.

Sir I am Hindu boy and I love muslim girl.we both want to marry each other.but our family oppose us.my parent take us police and solve the matter.and we get saprated .bt we want marry each other .by cort .if I marry with her .can police can file case against me.she also want me .please guide me. It is risky to marry with her .or acceptable or not
The response will be different in following two conditions: -
1. If the two of you or any one of you is a minor. (Age)
- In this case, the parents or police can take action and no you do not have the right to get married till you are a major.
2. If both of you are major(age wise)
- In this case, if both you and the girl wish to marry with genuine intention, you can get married under the special marriage act (popularly known as court marriage)
- legally, the police do not have any authority to take action if both are major. Although, it is of utmost necessity that the girl has decided to marry you of her own free will.
Now, as to the risk part, legally, of you are major and marry of free will, there is no risk.
But practically, the actual risk depends on lots of things that are beyond the purview of my legal expertise.

Yes u can marry her..
The main condition is that Groom muat have completed 21 yrs & Bride must have completed 18 yrs of age...
If u satisfy this condition, then No power can restrict you from getting mrg with each other..
