I strucked in one case 354(D)
02-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am not there at that time but they are noticed in that case.that time only they taken money and leaved and now they are calling .ur case is there pls come and clear.and they didn't call for court also.is this any problem for me or not
unless and until you are called officially by court or police under section 41a of crpc you need not to answer anyone and if any prank or atrocity calls you can complain about them with the local police
