You can file the case at the earliest and file an application seeking Condonation of delay and stating the Covid-19 and Supreme Court orders for same and then proceed otherwise got your information courts have been working online and via email filing is done and via video conferencing the case hearings are going on so you do it actively

Your query is not clear. kindly ask your query in a particular manner and the way I can help you in clear terms. What I am trying to understand is that you must have withdrawn your case and court have you 6 months time to refile it. now due to covid, you are unable to file. That is okay, you can file it now. physical filing of the cases have opened and can be done now.

As per the order of the supreme court, all parties have been given time to file cases after opening of court. However filing has been started now through online medium. Thus you can now file your case and delay in filing might create a problem. For more information, please contact Advocate Ashish Garg
