I lost my police constable job being a probationer

I’m probationary police constable I got terminated from service due to FAR filed against me under section 69BNS by a married woman, I want to meet senior service matter advocate sir

Registration of an FIR under Section 69 BNS does not automatically validate termination from service. The legality of the termination depends on the applicable service rules, probation conditions, and the contents of the termination order. You should immediately law advocate opinion with your appointment order, termination order, and FIR to examine whether the termination can be challenged before the appropriate court or tribunal.

hi first need to see the ewasons for termination and if it is based on only pending case then you could challenge it in high court saying that the offence was false and it was fabricated by challenging termination order
