I have some immovable property in West Bengal. I will sell that. But I can't go due my health issues. So I would like to register a POA in favour of my nephew. I have the latest valid market price, duly signed by the concerned sub registrar of West Bengal. Is it possible to register POA in Rajasthan for the said purpose? As I came to know that, other than close blood relation such POA is not possible to register in Rajasthan. Kindly guide and oblige. nRegards

Yes you can make a Power of Attorney in the favour of any person, and he can sell the property on that behalf.. But it should be duly registered before registrar.. Please provide necessary documents so that I can give best possible advice.. Thank you
