I have purchased a property without knowing it was in partition suit c

I have purchased a property in may 2019 without knowing it was in partition suit case I'm the 4th party its already a 4th transaction. Partition suit filed by the owner of first party its sold in 1964/67. So is there any problem

There's not enough information to give complete advice but if there was a partition suit pending on the Property, then there is a possibility that your interests will be affected based on the outcome of the suit. Have you been made a party? If yes, then you will have to defend your position. If not, then you need to take steps to make yourself a party to the Suit so that your interests are represented and you are aware of the proceedings first hand.

I can't comment on any future problem that the purchase may cause to you. But any transaction during pending litigation will be pendente lite. That means to say that your title is subject to the result of the suit. If you are a bona-fide purchaser, it is best to implead yourself in the suit and protect your rights.

you need to file vakalat same suit in original Ananta documents to get you are they have taken contention form partition share their climbing now how much shares are there climbing better I knew how to join the representing advocate
