I have divorced with my ex-wife on 2018 March. It was mutual concent and we didn't have any baby. But my ex-wife was pregnant with her partner. They asked me for some financial help during her delivery and pre-elivery periode. In humanitarian ground I pay their bill and during delivery her present husband was not present during first to days so I filled up all official documents. Therefore my name came into baby's birth certificate as father.Thereafter baby's biological father, baby's mother and myself given joint application to rectify this fault. But they reluctant to do without court order. So they told three of us to give joint Declaration in court and issue order.Kindly guide us legal process to solve this issue.

This is a technical error. You should file a case for Declaration & omitting your name from the birth certificate. But you have to written allegations against the hospital authority. If the present biological father & mother have no objection about it then you will win it. The case is not at all lengthy process also. For more information a consultation is required. Thanks.
