I have completed my accodamics by 2020 but i have supplimentry, my college don't get fee reimburseme

I have completed my accodamics by 2020 but i have supplimentry, my college don't get fee reimbursement from govt, so they are not giving my certificates which are submitted by me at the time of joining.

hi if the college is not returning the certificates then need to know the reasons for not returning the certificates then you could send legal notice to them asking to return them otherwise you could initiate legal proceedings against them
