I have built a bathroom above my boundary wall.

Sir I have built a bathroom on my 1st floor which is upon the boundary wall. Is that illegal construction can my neighbor complaint against that.If it is legal construction how can I stop my neighbor from threatening us.
As per the facts you have built a bathroom on 1st floor which is upon the boundary wall can be considered as illegal construction . There should be a gap 1 ft. from your neighbour. If the bathroom constructed blocks the basic natural sunlight, air etc of your neighbour then they can file a suit for illegal construction.
