I have been living in Punjab. Can I get OBC certificate from Bihar?

basically my parents are from bihar. i am born and living in punjab with all education in punjab and domicile residence of punjab. my caste is not listed in punjab. can i obtain OBC certificate from bihar for centre govt. Jobs being resident of punjab ??

No you can not as you are basically a domicile of Punjab and you will be reserved according to the reservation in Punjab itself. However, you can file a PIL in the High Court demanding inclusion of your caste in the said reservation category.
