No Aadhar is the id name and address in India , class 10 marksheet is used only to determine the age nothing else not to worry all your service records will utilise aadhar as a key document even for civil suit we use aadhar in India passport too

No, you will not get into legal trouble simply because the address on your Aadhaar card is different from the address on your Class 10 marksheet. Aadhaar is treated as a proof of identity and residence at the time of issuance, but it is not mandatory that your Aadhaar address and marksheet address must always match. Since your district and state are the same and only the village name has changed, this does not create any legal issue. However, in case you are applying for a job, admission, or government service where the authorities ask for address proof, you should be ready with supporting documents like domicile certificate, voter ID, electricity bill, or a self-attested affidavit to clarify your current address. The UIDAI portal also allows you to update your Aadhaar address online or through Aadhaar Seva Kendra if you wish to keep all documents consistent. So, this difference is not a legal offence, but for avoiding administrative difficulties in the future, it is advisable to update one of the documents so that there is uniformity.

Yes, this can certainly create complications if any verification or survey of your documents is conducted. More importantly, the Aadhaar card is treated as a valid address proof, and if it reflects an incorrect or mismatched address, it may cause confusion or problems whenever you are required to establish your residence. Both the Class 10 marksheet and the Aadhaar card are crucial documents that are frequently used for identification, verification, and legal purposes. A mismatch between the two can lead to unnecessary hurdles in official, educational, or even legal processes. I strongly recommend that you take timely steps to rectify the discrepancy in order to avoid future complications.
