I field IP against creditor can he file cheating suit on me

I got heavy lose in business and field IP companies and attended 2 hearings, can they able to file cheating case against me. If so how to tak bail on it.

Hi, Even if they file cheating case against you, the same cannot be sustained as you are claiming insolvency which means you are ready to settle the debts but you have no source to do so. If at all, they get FIR registered against you, seek anticipatory bail from session court and contest the case on merits and prove their complaint as false and get the same dismissed.
