I did my graduation in 2014-17 from a college affiliated with Mewar University. I have asked college multiple times that I need marksheet to which they have responded that they did't receive from university. Now the affiliation has ended and I have chasing both college and university for marksheet so as to obtain the degree and both of them are pushing me from one place to another. Please help.

hello client as a matter of facts which you have mentioned above is really needs to be taken care in rge matter you have described is need to be done through court and its need is to file a case in high court juridiction directly to recover and your documents which has nit been provided to you tht is also in the condition tht is your fundamental right .

Just serve them a legal notice and in that notice warn them to stop all these harassments and give away your required marksheet which you may require for further things. And if you wish to go legal then you can always file a complaint in writing to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
