I am facing issue with my birth certificate i t was 15 years old

My birth certificate was made in the year 2010, but its details are not showing up anywhere. When I consulted about it, I found out that the birth certificate was made fraudulently. Now I don’t know what to do. Please suggest the best solution.

If you have proof of residence where you were born then you can go ahead and apply it with MCD. If that's not available then you need to file a petition in SDM court for issuance of the birth certificate. If you have any questions or want assistance feel free to contact me.

You should first approach the local Municipal Corporation or Registrar of Births and Deaths in the place where you were born and explain that the current certificate is invalid. They may require you to provide documentary proof of birth, such as a hospital record, school admission register, affidavit from parents, or any government document showing your date and place of birth. If no record exists in their registers, you will need to apply for a delayed birth registration under Section 13 of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969, which may involve getting a Magistrate’s order to direct the registrar to issue a fresh, valid certificate.

first you have to publish in the national newspaper then you have to publish in official gazttee then you need affidavit which atested by the SDM then you have to apply for new birth certificate in nearest government agency who has power to maintain the record of birth death certificate

During that period a lot of documents were made fraudulently because of which a lot of people had to suffer . Especially those who want to go out of India for job or education .
