I am a house owner and i have a tenet for rent which is 3000, so we haven't made any kind of agreement. Now the Problem is tenet is not paying rent for last 1 year and when we ask them to vacate the house they are asking 6 months of time. When we visited the house they are using very abusive language on us. Please help what we have to do in this matter. We bare them for past 1 year still they are saying that we have no motive of vacating the house.

In this matter, first, cause a legal notice about Willful default and further file a petition before the rent control board(court) evicting a tenant on the grounds for willful default and after filing a petition for recovery of money through money suit.

First you issue a legal notice for termination of tenancy and further you've to file a case before the appropriate court for evicting the tenant from the house premises on the ground of willful default. In addition you may lodge a complaint with the police for this kind of action.
