I affected by fraud agent at thanjavur,please help me.

I affected by fraud agent in Thanjavur,he was cheated me for 2.5lakhs,he is threatening me at now,suppose if I complaint against him,then he says me he will stop me from going abroad.please help me.i am from middle class,this amount is very very big amount for me..
In this case, I would like to know you said about agent cheated you ( not mentioned what kind of issues ) of course you can give complaint against the agent who doing any unlaw full gain. I had a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
