Husband has abandoned me and my child as he is not wanting to do anyth

Husband is shying away from his responsibilities of taking care of new born.so he abandoned me and my child and ran away and has even filed bogus divorce petition .m yet to receive petition.is there anyway that he should look after the baby as it his responsibility also from which he is running away..min 2 hrs of baby sitting in whole day..or only i m responsibile for raising him? Kindly advice
