How will i get my property back if govt. has given it to someone else

My father had a land plot of 400 sq yards near narkatpally. Somehow the previous govt issued that plot some reserved people for construction of houses. It was occupied by them. What should i do to get my plot back or else can i get compensated??

Dear Sir, The information provided by you is insufficient to render proper advice. Please share the documents evidencing the basis of allotment of the property by the government to the present owner of the property. Then it will be easier to advise you on the possibility of getting back your property and your claim for compensation.

This is suggestion for you. your having dkt patta of your previous land you have to approach concerned authorities i.e MOR or grivances cell.The said authorities will take appropriate steps for allotment of land in another gvot. places.
