How to take action against a person trying to trap me into false case

A person planned to trapped me in fake case. He feels jealous about my carrier. I am doing job. I will not fight with him.how can i take legal action.please tell me.

You can file a criminal complaint against that person for mental harrasment , agony and pain in court . You can prove in court that he tortured and harrassed you mentally by filing fake case against you. You can also file a defamation case against that person and can claim damages from that person for lowering your image in society. Pl contact for further action

It is an offence under section 209 of IPC and liable for 2 years imprisonment. You can teach your friend a good lesson by hiring a professional lawyer and drafting a strong case. Either you can defend the case and put your point forward saying the allegations are false or put a compliant to police regarding this frivolous activity.
