If you are staying in an unregistered society, you will have to check whether any parking space was allotted to you by the builder while purchasing the flat over there. If such parking space was purchased or allotted exclusively to you, then in such case if any other person is parking his/her car/bike, you can take up civil action against him. It there is no space allotted to anyone, I am afraid, the common space will be used by everybody and there will have to be co-operation between you all. It is always advisable to get the society registered as a co-operative society, provided the number of members/flats are 11 or more, as you can frame the rules and these rules are binding on the members of the society.
