first of all we need to see the order. if it very urgent then we can consider filing a writ petition as serving the notice is very important before taking punitive action and non-serving of the notice will hurt the principles of natural justice.

You have not mentioned reasons for giving vacation and demolition notice to you.In case your construction is not on government land and there is no illegality ,you can seek injunction from the Civil Court to protect vacation and demolition of your premise .
