Move before the high court for expiditious trial. Let the hon'ble court fix a time scheduel for the disposal of the matter pending before the district court. The Hon'ble court shall direct the ld distrit court for quick disposal of the matter.

First I need to know, what type of case is going on in High Court. What is the stage of that proceeding. I need to see what pleadings have been filed in the said proceeding. Only then can i say how to proceed to High Court. But generally, it is advised that if you want speedy disposal then you can always file a civil revision for expeditious disposal of the proceeding. But I will not commit on that. First I will see the papers and then only I will comment.
I tried to give an overview. New possibilities can be worked out once we sit with the papers and I come to know, what exactly you want. I have an office opposite to High Court. My contact details are available in the site. Feel free to get in touch.

You may move the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta subject to satisfying certain conditions. A close review needs to be done to the petition filed by you and all the orders passed in the matter till date. In case some order is not satisfactory we can move a civil revision before the HC and in case the orders are not yet at any crucial stage we can move a petition for expeditious hearing of the matter. A final decision can be taken only after seeing the papers of the case including all orders till date in the matter. Thank You.
