Sir hum ek ladki se pyar karte hai aur usse shadi karna chahte hai wo bhi mujhse pyar Karti hai aur shadi karna chahti hai. Ladki muslim hai. Aur hum Hindu. Ladki ke family walon Ko pta chal Gaya hai aur we log use ghar me kaid karke rakhe hai aur use mobile bhi nahi mil Raha hai. Aise me hum kya kar sakte hai ya wo kya kar Sakti hai .kya police help karenge use ghar se free karne me . Aur hamari shadi karane me . Agar police ka help chahiye toh kya karna hoga

Dear Client, Your case and issue can only be resolved by filing Writ before the Hon'ble Court. It is needless to mention that you and the girl should be having an appropriate minimum age to marry. Agar aap Dono shadi Karne Ki Umar prapt kar liye hai to Matlab Ki agar ladki 18 saal se upar hai aur aap 21 saal ki umar se upar Hai certificate ke anusar to aap Dono shadi kar sakte hain. iske liye behtar Hoga Ki aap mujhse Sampark Kare.

Sir, you can lodge a first information report with the police for wrongful confinement and you can file a writ petition before the High Court in whose jurisdiction you fall for a writ of Habeas Corpus for protection of the girl.
