To prevent the installation of a mobile tower in a residential area, residents can file a formal complaint with local authorities, highlighting potential health risks and any violations of zoning or regulatory guidelines. Forming a united front with neighbors and involving the Resident's Welfare Association (RWA) can significantly strengthen the case. If the tower lacks proper permits or breaches legal requirements, residents can escalate the matter through legal channels.

To have an existing tower removed, residents should first approach authorities such as the Municipal Corporation or the Pollution Control Board, particularly if there are health concerns or regulatory breaches. If no action is taken, they may seek relief from the High Court. Collecting strong evidence such as proof of regulatory violations, health hazards, or property disputes can bolster their complaint.

If u r justified in ur reasoning that the mobile tower which has been installed poses a serious threat to ur health u can file a civil suit seeking a temporary injunction against the mobile company which is putting up its tower

Dear Sender, I believe there must be some contractual obligation on both the parties. You may approach the court for removal of the tower as per terms of the contract. If there was no contact, you can have the tower removed instantly.
