How to remove encroachment in public road of agricultural land

I have purchased the land of agricultural and now I am doing the farming. But. Some farmers encroachment in the public road which is connected with my agricultural land. I wish to go legal way to remove Encroachment in the road. Please suggest me what to do for legal remedy for this?
First you get information about official road for your agricultural land. Get plan from district land record (DLR)
then after go to Mamlatdar and give a complain against the farmers which have encroached road.
