How to recover money from a friend once lended

Sir Maine 2 lakh rs apne kisi friend ko diye the 2016 year mein usne mere Ac mein kisi 3 rd party se 2 lacs rupees dalvaye through cheque.Now I have no link with that friend and that 3rd party is claiming ki Maine tumhe 2 lakh ka Loan diya Hai vo vaapas karo I had no link with that 3rd party neither any phone call nor message or even I don’t know the person ab us friend ne us party ko keh Diya ki is pe recovery ka suit daal do
