How to recover money from a fake advt.

I m duped of rs 15000 becoz of a fake Advt. I believed on within 24hrs effect and 100% successful Advt.. The person was fake and demanded me more money ... I want my mind back .. Is there any hope

You are advised to file suit for recovery of your money. At the same time it is also advised that you should lodge an FIR with concern police station. Your grievances will also be redressed and your money will also be recovered in due course of time.

Yes, You can file a suit for recovery against the advocate. A civil suit shall be a best option for you for recovery of money. If he is an advocate and then duped you, you can complain with the Bar Council..
