How to prove ownership of a land if owner died without legal heirs

I am staying in co op society in mumbai last 24 years and case is filed by tenants besides society that original owner of this land was died without heir so there was no sale of this land where as we lost case in citi civil court in dec 2014 despite having copy of the probate registrar order of court in favor of land owners wife who sold this plot to builder in 1972.. how v can get that high court original order copy and how to get stay order from high court. What documents necessary to prove ownership. How much time it takes to get stay order.
Are all d occupants of d society r d tenants n not d owners...wat sort of arrangement is between u n second party...who is d second party builder or land owner...is der no conveyance deed since society came into existence...u may approach to HC stay ll b given on prima facie ground...wat papers u all hv??? Dats accountable to move d case b4 bench...Regards
