How to obtain final report from the court for theft of bike

I have lost my bike 9 months earlier. who is responsible for Final report from court, Myself or the Insurance company

As per your question I would like to inform you that if you have filed FIR before competent Police Station with respect to steeling of bike then it is the duty of the Thana Prabhari ( Investigation Officer) to file final report before the Court and insurance company will accept that final report. give me more information about your case so that I can assist you betterand feel free to call me through lawrato.

Lunch in FIR RELATED POLICE STATION (Thana) than received FIR COPAY after 3 months submitted POLICE officer charge sheet than filled petition in court that orders in judicial magistrate accept in charge sheet (final form) that's after satisfied copay tham submitted in insurance company

its your responsibilitywhy shall insurance company be bothered....
you need to make efforts for the same...
you need to be responsible for final report ....for any query reply back

FINAL FORM IS SUBMITTED BY THE INVESTIGATION OFFICER AND THE FINAL FORM IS ACCEPTED BY THE LEARNED COURT WHERE YOUR CASE IS PENDING AND AFTER ACCEPTANCE OF FINAL FORM BY THE COURT YOU CAN FILE APPLICATION FOR CERTIFIED COPY FOR FINAL FORM AND AFTER THAT YOU CAN SUBMIT THE FINAL FORM TO INSURANCE COMPANY AND INSURANCE COMPANY HAVING NO ACTIVE ROLE IN FINAL FORM.
