01-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am a Hindu divorced female want to marry unmarried Christian who is younger to me.. parents are not accepting our marriage..how to proceed legally?
If either party wants to get converted into the religion of other, the marriage can be performed as per the religious law. if you both intent to stick to your religion, marriage can be performed under special marriage act. Consult Advocate of state, where you intend to get marriage performed to comply with formalities. Age is of no concern, unless both are majors.
