Need stay on second appeal which is being entertained by high court Indore,even after 4 cases have been got rejection in session court also first appeal.
The filing of an appeal cannot be stayed by court. The case and first appeal below have been rejected is no ground for staying the second appeal. If your case is strong then get the appeal dismissed on merits with costs in your favor.
