How to Find Out The Case Details Of Disposed Case(Exparte)

A case was filed against my neighbours in the year 2013 and disposed in the year 2014 as Exparte. Since my neighbours were uneducated, though they received notice from court, they felt that they shouldn't take such notices. Later when the case was disposed, my neighbours were made to vacate the house they were residing, with the help of police force lawfully by court decree. Seeing police and court personnel, my neighbours were afraid and thought that house don't belong to them lawfully and didn't approach any lawyer for any appeal on such decree. Now my question is, I got to know the case number and year and case type somehow. It is from the year 2013. I just want to know the details of what actually is the case, plaint copy and court proceedings of such case. How will I know the full details of that case. Whom I do have to approach and how much will it cost for me to get all such information.
