How to file suit against harassment

I am Secy of Mum CHS. We have 9 managing committee(MC) members elected by the state co-operative election authority in Oct-Nov16. Soon infighting started.9 members r now div into 2 groups — 4 (secy and chairman in this group) and 5 (treasurer in this group) in another. Grp of 5 making allegations about secy and chairman.One MC male member in grp of 5 tells another lady MC member, secretary (me) is a divorcee, if she cannot manage a husband, how can she manage a CHS? This is debasing and a personal attack. Also, the group of 5 has been harassing me for the past 4-5 months by sending watchmen to ring my flat doorbell persistently several times in afternoon rest hours, handing me complaint letters and forcing me to sign letters that the group of 5 has made alleging jobs not done in previous committee, holding me responsible etc. I am senr ctz, 67 yr,single lady, also served as chairman in prev 5-yr. What recourse I have against male member from the group of 5 coz all is hearsay, no proof.
