How to file petition against Nagar Nigam

there is a naalah beetween ESI Hospital Sahibabad and Aradhna Cinema G T Road Ghaziabad. During rainy season it over flows because of carelessness by Nagar Nigam Ghaziabad. People throws Cowdung( Gobar ) and other garbage in it which causes the over flow. From last 15 years none of the civic agency has taken care instead of Media coverage and demand by public to all elected politicians. Houses and roads are over flowed by sewer water and other garbage including pieces of animal meat thrown by meat vendors of nearby area.

You can register a complaint against the said Nagar Nigam of Ghaziabad on visiting the said website: https://www.consumercomplaints.in/ghaziabad-nagar-nigam-b100866 Also, if there is no action taken on behalf of the Nagar Nigam then, you can file a PIL in the respective High Court of your state.
